Making Brushes on Photoshop
Before you go onto Photoshop to create brushes you need to have a design at the ready. For my brushes I made 6 simple designs where 2 contain colour and the rest are just black. I created each on paper then I photographed them onto the computer where I started to edit them.
As I selected my first design I didn't think of how difficult it may be, I just got with it. Looking at my design it does look difficult but with a couple of instructions I finally understood what I needed to do.
As photoshop opened I opened up my image and and then went onto 'Image' and then 'Adjustments' and changed the colour to Black and White. With changing it to Black and White I had managed to get a clearer idea on how I was going to edit it. I then went onto _ and then click the black squares where I got an outline and with that I copied and paste the image into a new page where I clicked _ and then my brush was saved.

To make sure that my brush was indeed saved I clicked on the paintbrush tool and scrolled to the bottom of different styles. The last 5 are my designs that I created and transformed into brushes.
Now that I had my brushes I wanted to check them out and this was my final result. I obviously need to make some adjustments in the future but other than that I was chuffed that they worked out how I planned.
This photo shows all the brushes I made, I first prinited them just black as I wanted to see the full effect in what I had done.
